Is Enzo open to clients outside the Philippines?

Yes, very much!

Throughout his career, Enzo has worked with colleagues and clients from various countries, including the Philippines, Japan, Singapore, Australia, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Sweden, Taiwan, and the USA, among others — and it has been a great pleasure!

Does Enzo have employees?

Yes, Enzo Payonga Business Development and Sustainability retains the services of an Associate. He may also tap specialists and experts from his network on a case-by-case basis.

What is Enzo’s client engagement approach?

Enzo practices a highly collaborative approach with his clients. He starts with an introductory consultation in which he notes the client’s pain points and/or objectives, understands their context, and considers caveats and/or parameters, if any. He will then let the client know whether he can serve their needs or not, or if it needs further evaluation. He will send a formal proposal for the client’s evaluation.

Once both parties agree to proceed, an engagement agreement or a similar document shall be signed. The agreement shall define the specifics of the services, deliverables, limitations, schedules of reviews, payment terms, non-disclosure provisions, and completion requirements, among others. Enzo is also open to using the client’s agreement template(s), if necessary.
